Shared information

A tribe database for your game world.

A tribe database gives your members a shared workspace. Choose the world and database to work with the same imported information. The dashboard brings together an overview of the selected database, while village and report searches help you look closer.

What you can do

Choose the right world

Open a tribe database you can access through the world overview.

Manage access and registration keys

Authorised tribe leaders can manage roles and registration keys. Keys can have expiry dates and assign the appropriate permissions to new members.

Analyse players and tribes

Add knowledge from your reports to world statistics: known offensive and defensive villages, player analysis and tribe overviews help you assess the situation together.

  2. Create a database or request access to an existing one.
  3. Import your data and use the dashboard, searches and reports together.

Common questions

Can everyone see my tribe’s data?

The public product pages do not expose tribe data. The application requires sign-in and the appropriate access permissions.

Can I use more than one world?

The world overview lets you select worlds and databases you have access to.

Can we link our database with another tribe’s?

Authorised tribe leaders can link databases in the same world using a linking key. They choose which categories to share, such as battle reports, support reports, attacks or known villages. The other database must accept the link.
