1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the sample withdrawal form below for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

3. Special Provisions for Digital Content

The ordered service is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium: the creation of a world database including provision of access for your tribe. The service is regularly performed automatically immediately after receipt of payment.

For contracts concerning the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract after you have

• expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
• confirmed that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal when performance of the contract begins.

I expressly agree that performance of the contract may begin before the withdrawal period expires. I am aware that I lose my right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
