Practical Tribal Wars guides

Bring your tribe into the same database

A tribe database becomes useful when members contribute data and coordinators can work with it. Use the existing access workflow to connect the right players to the right world and give each person suitable permissions.

Step by step

  1. Agree on the world and database

Tell members the full world code, who manages the database and which workflow you want to start with. Share the appropriate language page so that registration and the first instructions are easy to understand.

  2. Let members create their own accounts

Each member registers a staemmeDB account, chooses the agreed world and assigns their game player. They request access to your database or enter a registration key provided by an authorised leader.

  3. Approve access or prepare a registration key

Leaders review requests in the user overview. Where appropriate, create a registration key using the existing database management controls and select the intended permissions. Share the key only with the members it is meant for.

  4. Complete a shared first task

Ask members to import suitable reports or other supported data, then check the result together. Establish who handles defence and attack planning. Members can link Discord and configure supported notifications for their own workflow.
